Welcome to Toddsleap.com Ulster Challenge Rally 2009 Online Entry system. Please follow the steps below to enter the rally.

Please note: The Ulster Challenge Rally is only open to competitors registered in either the BRC Challenge or the UK and Irish Fiesta Sporting Trophies

  1. Complete all the fields in the form below. The fields with red backgrounds are mandatory.
  2. Once you have hit the "Enter the Rally" button at the end you will receive an automated response confirming we have received your entry form.
  3. There are then three ways to pay
    1. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, you can do so when you have completed the Entry Form and hit the 'Enter the Rally' button. Print off the  'Thanks for your Entry' page complete the Card details section and post to the Entries Secretary at the above address.    Paying by Credit Card will incur a 3% fee and by Debit Card a 1% fee and the appropriate fee is added on to the total due. Note: Credit and Debit card payments will be in Sterling.
    2. If you have internet or telephone banking, you can arrange for the fees to be paid directly into our account. The details are:-

    3. You can send a cheque, made payable to 'The Northern Ireland Motor Club Ltd' to the Entries Secretary at the address above. Payment may be made in Euro at the rates stated in the Supplementary Regulations and page 4 of the Paper Entry Form. Please print Drivers name on the back of the cheque 
  4. Within 24 hours of us receiving the payment for your entry you should receive an e-mail to acknowledge your entry, from the Entries Secretary. NOTE: WITHOUT PAYMENT YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE VALID.
  5. If you don't receive a response within 3 days of the expected payment date, or if you have any other questions, please e-mail pbiggerstaff@ulsterrally.com
  6. PLEASE RECORD YOUR MOBILE NUMBERS IN INTERNATIONAL FORMAT WITHOUT ANY SPACES e.g.  +447756234654  or +353872349876.   The SMS text message service for your Start and Re-start times will be sent to the Co-driver. However if the Driver wants to receive this service please type SMS after the Drivers mobile number
